Beautifully restored in 1980, this 1929 REO Flying Cloud has won multiple awards. Most notably the AACA National First Prize, which I believe is the Junior that you need in order to win the Grand National First Prize. In 1982 this particular REO won that prize. Starts right up, every time, and runs and drives flawlessly. Arguably the nicest 1929 REO Flying Cloud in the country. As the restoration was finished in 1980, and although the vehicle has been meticulously cared for since, it does show minimal signs of wear. The paint (I believe it's lacquer), has some light cracks, which you will find in the photo gallery. The untrained eye will never notice. That said, the REO is still stunning and looks just as nice from 1 foot as it does from 10 feet. There is not a spec of rust, surface or otherwise. The interior shows spectacularly, and the bottom side of the car is just as clean and impressive as the top. This REO is deserving of it's presence in any collection, museum, or enthusiast garage. We acquired this vehicle from the family that purchased it from the gentleman that restored it. The previous caretaker purchased it in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and brought it down to South Florida, where it has remained in an air conditioned museum/mancave since 2008. It is currently in our air conditioned showroom, where it sits proudly as our number one conversation piece. Please contact Ralph. at 786-587-3991 for a private viewing.
