Description
Built in 2004 and titled as a 1965, this is the car that BackDraft racing used on their promotional products, website, and their ad in the DuPont Registry. Car #147 is finished in Sterling Grey with Silver Stripes, and sports under 11K miles. Powered by a 351 Windsor crate motor that was stroked out to a 418, and is estimated to have about 500HP, which is transferred to the rear end via a 5-SPD Tremek TKO Transmission. Fuel is delivered by a Holley 760 sitting on an Edelbrock RPM airgap intake manifold. Ceramic coated headers handle the exhaust, and along with the Sidepipes, makes it roar. Suspension is all BMW with IRS. Polished Quick-Jack racing bumpers. 17" Fully polished Halibrand style wheels wrapped in 245/45ZR17's up front, and 315/35R17's in the rear.
